NEET 2020 Important Dates

NEET Eligibility Criteria 2020

A student must fulfill all terms of eligibility criteria to apply for NEET 2020 exam. Your NEET Application Form will be rejected if NTA finds you not eligible for the exam. Check Eligibility Criteria for the NEET 2020 exam in the following table.

Age Limit Criteria Must have completed a minimum of 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2020. There is no upper age limit to apply.
Nationality Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals citizen are eligible to apply for the exam.
For Appearing Aspirant Students who are appearing in their qualifying exam or waiting for their result are also eligible for NEET (UG).
Qualifying Subjects An aspirant in the 12th level must have secured minimum 50% marks for General categories; 45% marks for PH & 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category candidates in PCB group.
Required Percentage The aspirant in the 12th level must have secured minimum 50% marks for General categories; 45% marks for PH & 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category candidates in PCB group.
Qualification Requirement Students must have completed 12th level or equivalent examination.
Eligibility for 15% All India Quota Seats  Students belonging to J&K states are eligible to apply under 15% All India Quotas only on the basis of self-declaration.

NEET Application Form 2020

The student will be able to fill the Application Form of NEET 2020 from 3rd December 2020. In the application form, you will be asked to enter basic details. These details will include your Name, Father’s Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Id, etc. NEET 2020 Application Form will release at the official website. Students are requested to enter details in NEET Online Form as per certificate records. Your application form will be rejected if you provide any wrong information or detail on it.

Hall Ticket

NTA will release NEET 2020 Admit Card at the official website. You will require application number and password to download your admit card. No student will be allowed to appear in the exam without NEET 2020 Hall Ticket. It is the most important identity proof for the student. The conducting body will not send NEET Admit Card 2020 separately to any student via post, mail or any other medium.

NEET Syllabus

The syllabus of NEET 2020 includes all the topics, subjects, and units from which the questions will be asked in the exam. The subjects from which various topics are included in the syllabus are Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. You can check NEET 2020 Syllabus in the following points.

Biology – Some basic topics will be Human Physiology, Plant Physiology, Reproduction, Ecology & Environment, Cell Structure and Function, Diversity in Living World, Biology and Human Welfare, etc.

Chemistry – Some topics will be some basic concept of chemistry, Equilibrium, Hydrogen, Electro Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers, p-Block Elements, etc.

Physics – It will contain Laws of Motion, Electrostatic, Electromagnetic Waves, Electronic Devices, Behaviour of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Properties of Bulk Matter, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, etc.

NEET 2020 Answer Key

Answer Key is the document which carries the correct answer of all the questions asked in the test. After completion of the exam student will wait for the release of NEET Answer Key 2020. Various Coaching institute will release the answer key of the exam on the same day of the test. But these answer key are not 100 percent authenticate. You will have to wait for 5 to 8 days for the release of NEET 2020 Official Answer Key after the examination. The answer key will release in pdf format at the official website. NEET 2020 Cut Off

Cut Off is the minimum marks required to qualify for the exam. It varies from year to year. There are various factors on which NEET 2020 Cut Off will depend. You can check them in the following points.

NEET Result 2020

National Testing Agency will release NEET 2020 Result in online mode. The Result will be declared on 4th June 2020. The Conducting Authorities will not send result separately to any candidate via mail, post or any other medium. You will need to visit official website to check your result. In the result, students can check their marks and qualifying status. Candidates are requested to take a printout of the result for future use.

Counselling Process

First, the candidate will need to register for the counseling process and fill their choice of preferences. After registration, seats will be allotted to the students as per the reservation policy, availability of seats, etc. The Counselling Process for NEET 2020 will be held in online mode. It will start by the second week of June 2020. You will have to attend the counseling process which will be conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
