KEAM 2020 Dates

KEAM 2020 – Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria gives information to the student whether he/she will be eligible or not eligible to apply for the KEAM 2020 exam. You must fulfill all terms of KEAM eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Students can check KEAM eligibility criteria in the following table.

General Eligibility Criteria

It will be same for all the courses.

KEAM Age Limit
  • Must have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2020.
  • No upper age limit for Engineering, Architecture and B.Pharma Courses.
Nationality
  • Indian citizens will be eligible for admission to professional courses. Peeples of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) can also apply.
  • Students seeking admission to Professional Degree courses will be categorized as Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I (NK I) and Non-Keralite Category II (NK II).

Educational Qualification

Academic Qualification varies from course to course. You can check educational qualification required according to the course in the following table.

For Architecture
  •  Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Mathematics as a subject by securing 50% marks in aggregate.
  • OR 10+3 Diploma (any stream) with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects of the examination.
  • OR International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
  • The student who will score the minimum eligibility marks in NATA 2020 will be considered for admission to B. Arch. course.
For Engineering
  • A student should pass 12th from Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry put together.
  • Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination with 45% are eligible for admission under Management Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges/Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges.
For Medical and Allied Courses
  • MBBS/BDS/BSMS – Aspirant must pass in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in the 12th with 50% marks in Biology/Biotechnology separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology put together.
  • BAMS/ BHMS – Must have passed in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12thwith 50% marks in Biology separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together.
  • BUMS – Aspirant must have passed in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and 50% marks in Biology separately.
  • B. Pharma – Must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in Biology/Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics put together.

KEAM 2020 Application Form

The application form for the KEAM will release in the ist week of February 2020. You can apply until last week of February 2020. In the KEAM 2020 Application Form, you will need to enter your personal details like Name, Father’s Name, Address, Valid Email id, Mobile Number, etc. Aspirants are requested to enter all details in the KEAM Application form as per certificate records.

Hall Ticket

Only those student will be able to download admit card who successfully apply for KEAM 2020. Hall Ticket is the only identity through which candidate gets an entry in the examination hall. No student will be allowed to appear in the exam without admit card. The conducting body will not send admit card separately to any student. You will require to visit the official website to download your admit card.

KEAM 2020 Question Paper Pattern

KEAM 2020 Answer Key

After completion of the exam student will eagerly wait for the release of the answer key. The KEAM 2020 official final answer key will be released by the CEE, Kerala. With the help of the Answer Key, you can calculate your score in the exam. Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE) Kerala will release answer key in the form of pdf. Answer key consists of the correct answers to all of the questions which will be asked in the entrance examination. KEAM 2020 – Cut Off

Result

CEE, Kerala will announce KEAM 2020 result in online mode. It will declare on the official website. You will require application number and password at the login portal to check KEAM 2020 result. The result will consist of marks obtained in each subject (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), candidate’s name, roll number, and qualifying marks. The authorities will also release the KEAM rank list which will prepare on the basis of class XII scores and marks in the ratio 50:50.

KEAM 2020 Counselling

The admission to all the courses will be given on the basis of performance in the entrance test through the counseling process. The conducting body will publish the admission/counseling schedule on their website. Students can check it through online mode. The KEAM 2020 counseling will start from the fourth week of June 2020. The common counseling will be done by the CEE through online mode. Aspirants have to fill their preference at the time of counseling.
