AEEE 2020 is a university-level entrance exam. It is conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham every year. Through AEEE 2020 candidates can take admission in 4 year B.Tech Program. The application form for AEEE 2020 will release on September 19, 2019. Admit Card for AEEE 2020 will be issued only to those candidates who successfully apply for the exam along with fee payment. AEEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

A student must know the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. It will give them an idea of whether they are eligible or not eligible for the exam. You can check AEEE Eligibility Criteria 2020 in the following table.

Qualification Required Students studying in 12th standard or passed in 2019 are eligible to apply.
Age Criteria The age of the aspirants should fall on or after 1st July 1999. Age relaxation is applicable only for SC/ST candidates.
Minimum Marks Required You must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 12th
Subjects Minimum 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is compulsory.

AEEE 2020 Application Form

Application Form for AEEE 2020 will release in the month of September 2019. We will provide direct link here to apply for the exam. In the application form, you have to provide your basic details like Name, Address, Contact Number, Email id, etc. A student also needs to upload the scanned signature and photograph in the required format. You are requested to check all the details carefully before submitting the application form. Application fee for applying AEEE 2020 will be Rs.1000/– and Rs. 300/– for candidates seeking admission based on the rank scored in JEE Mains.

AEEE 2020 Admit Card

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will release the hall ticket of AEEE 2020 in online mode. Candidates who have registered for the entrance exam will be issued the hall ticket separately as per the mode of examination selected tentatively in the second week of April. For the computer-based examination mode, the students will have to first book their slots after which they will be able to download their AEEE 2020 hall ticket. For the pen and paper test, the link to download AEEE hall ticket will be made available by the conducting authorities. You must keep in mind that no candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without admit card. It is the most important identity proof of the student to take entry in the examination hall.

  • Pen and Paper Test (PPT) – PPT will be conducted only in Tamil Nadu, one slot on one day while computer Based Test (CBT), on 5 days with three slots on each day.

  • No. of Questions – 100 questions (30 questions will be from both Physics & Chemistry and 40 questions will be from Mathematics )
  • Duration of Exam: 150 minutes
  • Marking Scheme: +3 for the correct answer, -1 for the wrong answer and 0 for not attempted.

Cut Off

The cutoff of AEEE 2020 will be released by admission authorities after the declaration of result. The cutoff will include the opening and closing ranks for admission to a particular course at different campuses of the institute. Only those candidates will get admission in the college who successfully clear cut off marks. Some of the important parameters on which the cutoff is based include – number of seats for the program, the number of applications received for admission and difficulty level of the question paper.

AEEE 2020 Result

The result of AEEE 2020 will release in online mode only. In the AEEE result, you will be able to check details like the marks and rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. You will require registration number and date of birth at login portal to check AEEE result. The conducting authorities will not send result separately to any aspirant via post, mail or any other medium. Using the result of AEEE 2020 as a base, the authorities will prepare a merit list to shortlist students for the counseling and seat allotment process.

Counselling Process

AEEE 2020 admission procedure will start just after the declaration of rank and the result. You must visit the campus of the university for the process of counseling. Students can also apply for counseling with the JEE Main score and rank card. You need to bring all the relevant documents regarding the counseling. The university will also publish a notice regarding the document needed during the counseling of AEEE 2020 at the official website. Seats or colleges will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of performance in the entrance examination.
